We use pure alpine spring water from Fonti Bauda, sourced at 1,080 meters above sea level in the Maritime Alps—where the mountains meet the Mediterranean. Naturally low in mineral content, this pristine water gives Holiday Vodka its remarkably smooth finish and signature clarity.

Our vodka is crafted from 100% soft Italian wheat grown in the fertile plains of Piedmont, a region renowned for its agricultural excellence and deep-rooted tradition. These high-quality grains provide a refined, elegant base that sets the foundation for our spirit.

Holiday Vodka is distilled and bottled at La Canellese, a fourth-generation, family-owned distillery in the heart of Piedmont. With origins dating back to 1890 and a legacy of botanical craftsmanship, La Canellese brings old-world precision and artisanal integrity to every bottle.
