Through his consultancy work, he has built bar programs for some of the world’s leading luxury hotels, including Rosewood, Four Seasons, Six Senses, One & Only and Ritz Carlton.
With a reputation for craft, precision, and timeless Italian style, Giancarlo has long dreamed of creating a vodka that reflects his heritage. Holiday is the realization of that vision.
Anna is the creator and visionary behind Holiday Vodka.
Anna is a seasoned operator who has spent over a decade at the intersection of hospitality, product, and brand. During her tenure at American Express, she led global partnerships and product development for iconic names like Delta, Starwood, and Marriott, crafting experiences for some of the most discerning consumers in the world. She later spearheaded international market strategy for Amex, blending analytical rigor with cultural nuance across global launches.
With deep roots in experience-driven businesses and a sharp instinct for what modern consumers crave, Anna brings both taste and execution to Holiday Vodka. Her love for hospitality, brand storytelling, and a perfectly made martini have finally come together to create Holiday Vodka.
Olivia is the first hire and COO at Holiday Vodka, where she leads the company’s financial strategy, operations, and long-term business planning. She combines a deep appreciation for design, brand, and storytelling with a disciplined approach to strategy and execution, ensuring Holiday’s vision is brought to life with both creativity and precision..
With a background in private equity and investment banking and a lifelong passion for art, lifestyle, and design, Olivia brings creative vision and analytical rigor to shaping Holiday into a lifestyle-driven spirits brand. She earned her MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where her studies focused on what it takes to build and scale intentional, high-impact consumer brands.
